Service date range:

Blackout dates Dec 21 - Dec 31 when staff will be unavailable to perform services.

​Trigger: a minimum of 1" of snowfall will need to accumulate before snow is cleared

Response time and frequency:

Snow removal typically takes place within 8 hours after reaching the 1" trigger (can vary based on road and weather conditions)

Limited to one visit per day between the hours of 6 am to 11 pm.

​Covered areas:

Sidewalks/walkways in front of the house, driveway and front porch.

We avoid anything at the sides or rear of the house (patios) due to difficulty/risk of getting equipment in those areas.

​Salt application:

​​NOT RECOMMENDED ON CONCRETE OR OTHER POROUS SURFACES.

We will apply salt when requested but it will eventually cause spalling damage on porous surfaces (concrete, brick, stone, etc.).

Customers requesting salt application agree to release Oak Falls Groundskeeping LLC from any liability for associated damages.

Equipment:

​Driveways and sidewalks will be cleared with power equipment, areas closer to the house will be cleared with shovels.

As a result there will be some brief engine noise during visits.
